Accessibility statement

Moalem Consulting wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to read this site and contact us easily. The site is built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

What the site supports

Full keyboard use with a visible focus outline, and a “skip to content” link on every page. A clear heading structure, page language and direction (Hebrew right to left, English and Spanish left to right) declared for screen readers. Text contrast of at least 4.5:1. A text alternative for every meaningful image, while decorative images are hidden from screen readers. Form fields with labels, and errors described in text. Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content, and the layout adapts to phones and tablets. Animation stops automatically when your device asks for reduced motion.

The accessibility button at the corner of every page opens a menu with: text size in five steps, text spacing, a readable font, high contrast, greyscale, hiding images, highlighting links and headings, stopping animations, a large cursor, a reading guide and a strong keyboard focus outline. It works with the keyboard and screen readers, and your settings are saved in your browser.

The cookie banner can be used with the keyboard and screen readers, does not block the page, and can be reopened at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

How we checked

In October 2026 every page was checked in all three languages with the automated axe-core tool for WCAG 2.1 AA, and checked manually with the keyboard and at narrow phone widths. The issues found were fixed.

Known limitations

Charts and diagrams on the site are illustrations. The information they show is also written in the text around them. Content from outside services that we may embed, such as a Google Calendar booking page, is not under our full control. You can always reach us by email or phone instead.
